The Nismo Racing Radiator Cap maintains a higher internal pressure in the cooling system than the standard radiator cap. This prevents the coolant from easily boiling and vaporizing, and raises the boiling point to approximately 6c higher than the standard radiator cap's 0.9kg/cm2 threshold, and improves cooling efficiency. The Nismo Racing Radiator Cap can also be used on vehicles with a small radiator cap with an external diameter of 45.
